Loving like He has Loved

I find Christianity to be funny in the aspect that a lot of the problems are seemingly simple, but incredibly difficult. The answers are right in front of us but we don’t see it. For example. How do we love?

We strive to love like he has loved; with an open heart, mind, and unconditional positive regard. Is this impossible to do for everyone? Without a question, extremely difficult. Understanding each other to be made in the images of Himself though…we are each individually beautiful. See that image, burn it in your head, and just love. To love a stranger, an enemy even. He did all these things. He did not selectively chose those to bless. He loved all of us as His children and through that we are saved.

Not only others. But ourselves. See that we are made with purpose and with a will. His will. Guaranteed success.

Slowly getting there. Trying to understand this impossible love.
